Spect-Set
Spect-Set is a double braided rope consisting of a Spectra®
core contained within a braided polyester jacket. The
extremely high strength and very low elongation Spectra
core, coupled with the tough polyester cover, makes
Spect-Set a versatile product.
Nerex
Nerex is 100% polyester rope in a 12-strand
single braid construction covered with urethane. Nerex
is made up of a round construction which offers significantly
higher strengths than double braids. Nerex's urethane
coating provides superior snag and abrasion resistance
in comparison to standard polyester 12-strand ropes.
Sta-Set
Sta-Set Double Braided Polyester is a strong
and extremely durable construction ideally suited for
controlled lifting and rigging operations where high
strength, low elongation, and excellent abration resistance
are required. It is manufactured using premium high
tenacity fiber and conforms to the physical requirements
of MIL-R-24677.
Double Braided Polyester has excellent abrasion resistance
and strength retention in wet/dry environments, particularly
under cyclical loading conditions. It also has excellent
resistance to most common chemicals and UV exposure.
The construction is torque-free and does not hockle
or back turn, remaining flexible and easy to handle
after extended use. This rope is easily spliced and
can be readily fabricated into slings, winch lines and
other types of standing and running rigging.
SpecTwelve
SpecTwelve utilizes Spectra® fiber in a
twelve strand construction for a firm, round, and torque-free
rope. SpecTwelve provides strength and elongation characteristics
similar to steel wire rope at a fraction of the weight.
Also, each rope is urethane coated which creates a water
barrier and improves abrasion and UV resistance.
Stable Braid
Stable Braid™ provides a firm 100% polyester
double braid construction that yields high strength,
low stretch, and excellent wear. The Duron™ fiber
technology incorporates a Parallay™ plying, a
braiding process which orients all the fibers parallel
to the axis of the rope, and is the reason that Stable
Braid™ maximizes performance.
